The are 7 air-conditioned courts in this state-of-the-art indoor tennis facility, which are available to both members and non-members. In addition to classes and recreation competitions, Chelsea Piers also offers Playmate Ball Machine rentals, so you can work on your strokes.

2. Bloomfield Tennis Club

Bloomfield Tennis Club is another great place to play some Connecticut tennis. This club is open year-round and has both indoor and outdoor tennis courts, along with a pro tennis shop.

There a 5 indoor tennis courts here, 3 of which are freshly resurfaced hard courts and 2 har-tru courts. Additionally, Bloomfield Tennis Club has 6 outdoor European red clay courts, all with lights. There are a couple of pickleball courts as well.

3. Enfield Tennis Club

Enfield Tennis Club is a popular tennis facility in northern Connecticut. This family-owned club has five state-of-the-art indoor tennis courts, that you can rent court time on. Both group and private tennis lessons are available as well.

The courts are open 7 days a week from 7 am to 10 pm to all levels of players. There’s also a pro shop if you need to purchase any tennis equipment like tennis racquets, bags, strings, or shoes.

4. Tennis Club of Trumbull

The Tennis Club of Trumbull is a popular tennis facility in southern Connecticut. You don’t need a membership to play on their six cushion DecoTurf courts.

There is plenty of open court time here, but you can also purchase a frequent player card for discounts if you play often. Additionally, the Tennis Club of Trumbull has a number of high-quality dedicated coaches that offer clinics to both adults and kids.

East Hartford Tennis Club is another place to play CT tennis. They have half a dozen hard courts which are available for both members and non-members.

The Tennis & Fitness Center of Rocky Hill has 6 tennis courts and 12 pickleball courts. The courts are not the most modern, but they are still very good.
