1. Charter Oak Park

Charter Oak Park is one of the most popular parks in Manchester, Connecticut. It has tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, soccer fields, and several playgrounds. Many of the fields even have lights so you can play late into the evening.

The park is also pet-friendly so it’s a great place to take your dog to run around. Plus, there are bathrooms, benches, picnic tables, and a hiking trail. You can find Charter Oak Park right off I-84.

2. Center Springs Park

Center Springs Park is another fantastic spot to get some fresh air. Some of the park’s features include a disc-golf course, a looped trail, a waterfall, and a small lake where to can fish. There are no playgrounds here, but you can ride your bikes around the trails surrounding the park.

Dogs are welcome at Center Springs Park but they must be on a leash at all times. You can find this park in the center of town near Manchester Hospital.
