1. The Boulevard Flea Market – New Haven

The Boulevard Flea Market is among the oldest and best flea markets in Connecticut. The market started nearly a century ago in downtown New Haven, and it has continuously operated at its present location for over 50 years.

What started as a farmer’s market now sells a wide variety of items, including clothes, furniture, jewelry, toys, cookware, rugs, fresh vegetables, and much more.

Dealer seekers can find both new and used goods at a discount at the New Haven Flea Market. The market is open year-round on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 4 pm.

2. Elephant’s Trunk Flea Market – New Milford

Elephant’s Trunk Flea Market is another top flea market in CT. If you’re looking to experience an authentic New England flea market, this is the place to do it.

There’s a different mix of vendors every weekend, so you never know what you’re going to find. You can purchase anything from vintage antiques to food.

There is an admission fee to enter Elephant’s Trunk Flea Market but it’s very small. This flea market is only open on Sundays from 8 am to 2 pm. Also, the market closes in the winter but reopens again in early Spring.

3. Redwood Country Flea Market – Woodbury

Redwood Country Flea Market is located just north of New Haven. This CT flea market has plenty of vendors and a ton of unique merchandise.

Some of the items you can find at this old-school flea market include antiques, collectibles, coins, crafts, CDs, clothes, produce, baked goods, and jewelry.

Redwood Country Flea Market is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 am to 3 pm. This is one of the flea markets that are free to enter, however, there is a small fee for parking.

4. Mongers Market – Bridgeport

Mongers Market is a popular Connecticut flea market in Bridgeport. This is a massive indoor market that spans 75,000 square feet of retail space.

They sell a diverse collection of antiques, vintage furniture, architectural items, clothing, glassware, signs, tools, and farmhouse pieces. There is a heavy emphasis on industrial salvage.

Since it’s located indoors, the flea market is open year-round. However, the market is only open on Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm.

5. Mansfield Drive-in Theatre & Marketplace – Mansfield

The Mansfield Drive-in Theatre & Marketplace is a local entertainment complex in Mansfield. It’s been family-owned for over 45 years and is the largest flea market in eastern Connecticut.

The market is both indoors and outdoors and encompasses more than 15,000 square feet of space. There are over 300 vendors represented here selling both new and used items like antiques, clothing, crafts, jewelry, tool, toys, and plants.

In addition to the flea market, this place also has other attractions and activities as well, like movies playing on massive outdoor screens. Plus, the market has a concession stand that sells foods like hot dogs, burgers, popcorn, and ice cream.

This is the best flea market in Connecticut to check out if you live in Windham County. It’s open every Sunday from 8 am to 2 pm regardless of the weather. Just be aware that this flea market does close down during the winter.

6. College Mart Flea Market – Jewett City

College Mart Flea Market is only open on the weekend. You can visit the market from 9 am to 4 pm on Sundays throughout the year.

The Woodbury Flea Market is a little-known flea market in southwestern Connecticut that focuses on vintage items and antiques. This is a family-run business with a friendly staff, which is one of the reasons they get such rave reviews.

In addition to the market’s large antique inventory, you can also find things like furniture, electronics, and clothing. The prices at the flea market are very fair, and there’s a lot to choose from.

If you want to visit the market, make sure you stop by between 7:30 am and 2:30 on Saturday or Sunday. The market is closed during the week and usually shuts down for the winter.

8. Flea Market at the Crossing – Plainville

There are about 2 dozen dealers that operate here with each vendor managing their own space. The market has a very relaxed atmosphere, so you can take your time while shopping. It doesn’t feel like an overly-corporate department store.

When you visit the Flea Market at the Crossing, you find a wide array of inventory, like antiques, collectibles, vintage clothing, sports cards, coins, and furniture.

The market is open year-round on the weekends from 9 am to 4 pm with free admission for buyers. This is one of the flea markets that not only sell items but will also buy and trade them too. You can visit them in Plainville, Connecticut.
