1. Nomads Adventure Quest – South Windsor, CT

Nomads Adventure Quest is one of the best arcades in Connecticut. In fact, at over 65,000 square feet, they’re the largest indoor family entertainment facility in the state. Their arcade is one of the largest too, featuring over 110 games.

Aside from the arcade, Nomads also offers laser tag, bowling, rock climbing walls, full-size basketball courts, bumper cars, and glow-in-the-dark mini golf. For the parents, they have a full bar and a full-service cafe.

2. Sonny’s Place – Somers, CT

Sonny’s Place is an extremely popular arcade in Connecticut. You can find this giant amusement center in Somers, offering dozens of arcade games that you can play to win prizes.

They also have a host of other attractions, like batting cages, go karts, rock climbing walls, laser tag, outdoor mini golf, a zipline, and a carousel. There’s a ton of fun to be had at Sonny’s for the entire family.

Barcade is a CT arcade and bar, so it’s only for adults. This pub features an inventory of nearly 75 video games and classic pinball machines from the 1980s. The entire place has a very retro feel to it.

If you’re at Foxwoods Resort Casino, The Tree House is a good alternative to the casino floor. This gaming lounge features a ton of arcade games, along with pinball, bowling, and go-karts.

MBM Fun Center is an arcade found at Ocean Beach Park in New London, CT. This place may look a bit run-down but it’s a hidden gem. This family-owned arcade has good prices and a wide assortment of retro games.

Ocean Beach Park has plenty of other activities for kids too, including a boardwalk, sandy beach, amusement park rides, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, water slides, and mini golf. There’s also a food court if you get hungry.

What CT Arcades are the Most Fun For Kids (Family Friendly)

Of all the arcades and entertainment centers in Connecticut, Nomads, Sonny’s Place, and Bounce Town USA are the best for kids. Although some of the other arcades allow kids, the ones with bars aren’t the best for families.
